Warranty & Layaway Information

ALL McCool's Vanity mirrors are required to be attached to your wall with the L brackets given to you at the date of pick up as stated on the back of the mirrors. If you have lost your brackets or need further assistance please contact our rep via text at (559) 797-5588.

McCool's Vanity Mirrors are covered by a McCool's 3 year limited warranty** against defects under normal operating conditions. Accident, misuse, neglect, fire are NOT covered under this warranty..  We will repair or replace any defective part once you schedule an appointment to bring the vanity mirror to our office to be inspected and it is deemed as something that is covered under the warranty. 

Our customer service agents are committed to resolving your problem as quickly as possible. If you feel you have received a product with any type of defect, please text us within 48 hours of receiving your items at (559) 797-5588, or email us at mccoolscreations@yahoo.com. 

**If an accident, misuse, neglect, is to happen to your vanity mirror we may be able to help you, it just won't be under warranty. Just contact our office via text (559) 797-5588 for an appointment to bring in your vanity so that we can assess the damage and see if we can fix it.  There is no charge to assess the damage. Once you bring it to the office we will assess the damage and notify you of how much it will cost to repair the vanity mirror, or if it can be repaired before we make any attempts to repair your vanity mirror.** 

Vanity desks are covered by the McCool's 2 year limited warranty** against defects under normal operating conditions. Accident, misuse, neglect, fire are not covered under this warranty.. Note: Water damage is not covered under this warranty. 

Our McCool's Vanity Makeup Organizers, stools and chairs are covered by a 30 day Limited Warranty** against defects under normal operating conditions.  Accident, misuse, neglect, fire are not covered under this warranty.

Glass desk tops: Please make sure in inspect your pieces of glass before they leave our facility. The glass desk tops are NOT covered under any warranty.

Exchanges

What happens if you get your desk or vanity home and it needs to be bigger or smaller to fit your space? You have 7 days after pick up to contact us to order an exchange. You can exchange your items as long as they haven't been damaged in any way. 

Returns

Custom orders are non-refundable.  You will have 3 days to return a product with your receipt or purchase order once it has picked up. It must be in like new condition. There will be a 18% restocking fee for any items returned. 

Picking up your items in store: 

Please make sure to bring blankets to help protect the vanity in your vehicle, since nothing will be in boxes.

As a courtesy we offer our assistance to our customers to load their vanity sets in their vehicles during pick up. 

**Please note:If you choose to have us load your vehicle we are NOT liable for any damage that may be caused to your vehicle while loading at our office or unloading your product at home. 

**If you would like to load your vanity into your own vehicle you may opt out and choose to not have our representatives load your vehicle.  Please notify your representative while checking out. **

WARRANTY TERMS

**This limited warranty is provided by McCool's Creations to you as the original purchaser of the McCool's Creations Vanity. We require your order number, proof of purchase, and the product for all warranty claims.

We warrant the product to you against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for the terms listed above from the date of your original retail purchase from us. If the product proves defective during the warranty period, and you follow the instructions that we will provide to you for returning the product to our shop, we will repair the product using new parts.

This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the Product, with the exclusion of bulbs. This limited warranty applies only to products that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, unauthorized use, alterations or repair, or commercial use. This limited warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient of the Product.

This limited warranty applies to any replacement product or part, or to any repair, for the remainder of the original warranty period. All parts and products that you return to us will become our property upon our receipt, and you agree that any unexpired part of this limited warranty on the replaced product also transfers to us. 

***This limited warranty does not apply to bulbs.**

        You can find replacements at Home Depot. 

Customer service will ask you questions to determine your eligibility under this limited warranty. If you are eligible, a replacement order will be issued and you’ll be given instructions for returning the defective Product.

If it is determined that our product has been tampered with, the warranty will become void. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES. IF WE CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES WILL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO REFUND, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE AS DETERMINED BY US IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
